Information We Collect

1. Account information: your name and email address from the Google account you sign in with. Google is the only way to sign in.
2. Photos you upload: the photos of people or pets you provide so we can make your video.
3. Videos we make for you: the videos generated from your photos, with details such as the task status and when they were made.
4. Payment status: which pack you bought and whether the payment went through, as reported by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
5. Cookies: essential cookies that keep you signed in, analytics cookies from Google Analytics that show us how the site is used, and a first-visit source cookie called ft, kept for 30 days, that tells us which website sent you to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments, answer support requests and prevent abuse of the service. Your photos are used only to make your video. We don’t sell your photos, videos or personal data, and we don’t use your photos for anything else. Your photos and videos are not shown publicly on the site.

Who Processes Your Data

We use a few service providers, each of which receives only what it needs to do its job:

• The AI video provider receives your photos only to render your video.
• Cloudflare stores the photos you upload and the videos we make.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google handles sign-in and provides analytics (Google Analytics).

How Long We Keep It

We keep your photos and videos so you can view and download your videos from your account. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, such as objecting to certain processing or getting a copy of your data.

Children and People in Photos

La Calabaza AI Dance is not intended for children under 13. Everyone shown in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older. Photos of pets are fine.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
